    Depression is the word most frequently used by the present generation. It is moreover found among the 20% of the world's population. It is something like a fever and headache that can be easily cured, but if it is not found in the right time, it leads to suicide and self-destructiveness. Depression is not caused by any superstitious beliefs like amulets, spirits, or certain paranormal entities. It can't be cured by any superstitious things.

 

 SYMPTOMS

  • Some strange thought would appear to you a regular intervals. 
  • You will feel that your body is getting weak.
  • You will not feel hungry, though you feel hungry will not eat properly.
  • Sudden weight loss.
  • You will not feel anything interesting.
  • Lack of sleep.
  • Used to cry for some strange thoughts.
  • Demotivates themselves from doing things.
  • Feeling guilty about the past.
  • At the dead stage, there will be a regular thought of suicide. 
  • If people with stress, anxiety, and depression are around you, give them a piece of good advice and motivate them. This helps them relieve their depression. 

CURABLE WAYS

     Family and friends are great medicines. They should encourage them by giving them hope that you stand for them under any circumstance.
  • Go for an early morning walk.
  • Make them hear good songs. If they dance well, make them dance regularly.
  • Make a change in the atmosphere. Take them to different places.
  • Make them eat healthy.
  • Do yoga regularly. There is nothing better compared to yoga to heal your mind and soul.
