Why should we walk??

               Today life has totally changed with modernised  technology's where people did ill due to lack of physical work and high level of mental stress. Most them are suffering with some kind of diseases. What is the reason behind it?
                It is mainly due to lack of physical working like walking, running, work out,etc..It is totally forgotten by the people. Walking is enough to cure many diseases or to keep it in control.It is the simple and easy way to escape from the from the two most common diseases Blood Pressure (BP)and Diabetics (sugar).

Why Walking? 

               It is to prevent us from not falling ill easily.The lack physical work increases body weight and cause obesity.where obesity leads to enormous diseases to stop this a simple solution is walking. 

Best time for walking

               Early morning before 6:30 is good.If not the evening time is also preferable. In the case of food consumption going for a walk should  be after 1 hour from eating.
Walking is not about how much distance you reach it is about the time you walk.It should be atleast 45 minutes for a day. While walking the shoulder should be broad and sway your hands  to burn calories. 
                 The important point to be noted in walking  is to move 100 to 110 steps in a minutes( based on the age and capacity)  and all the step should be equal in speed.Not to rush up on seeing others.

What to be eaten before walking?

                Nothing should be consumed before Walking. Water can be drinker but not up to full stomach. After completing walking give few minutes rest for your body and drink 2glasses of water.Half an hour later only the tea or coffee  should  be consumed. 

Place and dress for walking 

                Walk in vehicle  less places  like beach, play ground, park and so..
Try using cotton clothes that absorbs sweats.
                Jeans and T-shirts are not suitable.
                People of all ages can go for walk It better to start walking before the diseases occur.

Uses of walking daily 

               Weight loss say bye to obesity 
               No BP and Heart disease 
               Good bye to back pain 
               Walking from young age keeps you all type of diseases.
               Diabetes will be in control 

 Don't's of walking 

               Hearing or Listening  to music or song should be avoided as your walking speed .
               Pregnant ladies can also go for walking with the consultant of their doctor's.
               Should avoid speaking or listening to others as their words may hurt you it would totally spoil the walking. 
                Avoid going for walk with a dog as you need to stop when it stops and run when it runs.That is not walking. 
                Climbing stairs, doing house hold works, going for market  and walking inside the house is not considered to be as walking.
